Production
Full-time Remote Production

Turn concepts into finished, feed-ready films. You live in the timeline and have strong opinions about pacing, sound, and the one frame that makes a cut land.

What you’ll do

  • Edit and grade short-form brand content from AI-generated source
  • Own pacing, sound design, and motion polish end to end
  • Ship multiple platform-native variations per concept
  • Keep a fast, organized pipeline across concurrent client projects

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years editing short-form (Premiere / After Effects / DaVinci)
  • A reel that proves taste — clean cuts, considered sound
  • Comfort with generative video tools (Runway, Sora, Kling, or similar)

Prompt & Creative Technologist

R&D
Full-time Remote R&D

Push the tools further than the defaults. You translate a creative direction into repeatable systems that produce on-brand results at volume.

What you’ll do

  • Build and document prompt systems for consistent brand output
  • Evaluate new models and fold the best into our workflow
  • Partner with editors to close the gap between generation and final cut

What we’re looking for

  • Deep hands-on time with image/video generation models
  • A systems mindset — you make magic reproducible
  • A strong visual eye and clear written communication
